How long are FairHaven Gazebo products warranted for?
All FairHaven products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or
workmanship in normal usage for a period 12 (twelve) months from date of shipment.
Replacement parts are available for all our products.
How do FairHaven Gazebo products stand up to heavy usage?
All our products are manufactured from the highest quality materials to ensure rugged
durability. Many of our first customers are still using their original models. Many
customers use our products on a regular, even daily basis. Some of our gazebos are used in
heavily used areas such as information booths.
Why are FairHaven Gazebo products manufactured with Western Red
Cedar?
Western Red Cedar is the wood of choice for gazebos and decks because it will provide you
years of service when exposed to the elements of the weather. Red Cedar is warp and crack
resistant.
What type of foundation or surface is required to install an
FairHaven gazebo?
FairHaven free standing gazebos can be mounted on top of concrete slabs, wood decks, stem
walls or patterned concrete surfaces.
